Beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting overlooking Verona. Very stylish and comfortable rooms with beautiful materials and colours and luxurious bathrooms. Airco worked perfectly and was quite silent. We were in Lunaria and Romice, which have windows to the street and there was a bit of street noise from motorbikes but it quietened down at night. We didn’t use the restaurant but it was great to walk in the garden and hang out in the evening.
Went there two times, two different atmospheres....
First time we were with someone who was speaking Italian. Waitress was warm and kind, we had tapas and aperitif really good. The panorama of Verona is beautiful from there.
But then, we went there yesterday without the Italian speaking person, and it was completely different... Waitress was cold and hurried us. Then we saw the English menu!!! EVERY TAPAS IS 1 EURO PRICER THAN THE ITALIAN MENU!!! THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY ON FOREIGNERS BACK!!!
When we tried to face them, they said nothing, tried to make it look like an accident, and gave us the right price, but still!! Waitress seemed upset to not be able to charge us...
Shame on them.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding. The food is very tasty. The only negative we experienced was the bar. We wanted to drink something at 22:00. We were told it’s too late, even officially the are open longer. It felt like, we are the two only customers, so let’s close and go home.

One of my favourite parts of visiting Verona. Beautiful location with amazing views overlooking the city. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The food was delicious - highly recommend the pizza. Entire staff was very friendly and attentive! Ca’ Toresele is A+++!
